Salamino Boscono Bio is a small Italian organic salami made with fine-grained minced pork which has been carefully selected according to the traditional homemade recipe and is seasoned according to the typical Romagnol recipe.
This recipe has been certified by CCPB since 2012.
The subtle, inviting aroma of the salami is due to its blend of natural flavourings.
The taste is typically Romagnol, as it is aromatic, well-balanced, not too fatty and with no foreign, metallic or overly acidic flavours.
It has a traditional cylindrical shape and is tied in 15/20 cm-long pieces with a diameter of 50 mm.
