Coppa Stagionata Oro,
Italian cured pork shoulder.
Coppa Stagionata Oro is a premium cured pork shoulder made with the pig’s capocollo, it is locally sourced and flavoured with spices typical of the Cesena area: cloves and cinnamon.
The subtle, inviting aroma of the salami is due to its blend of natural flavourings. The taste is typical of Romagna and the Cesena area in particular as it is aromatic, well-balanced, not too fatty and with no foreign, metallic and or overly acidic flavours.
It is packed in a natural casing, hand-tied and covered in mould which is typical of seasoned pork shoulder which has been cured over a long period in tuff caves.
