Sugo Salsiccia e Pomodoro is an Italian sausage and tomato sauce made by hand following one of Gabriele DelVecchio’s recipes.

Fresh onion is cooked on a low heat with top quality extra virgin olive oil, then tomato is added and left to simmer. Fresh DelVecchio sausage (which has been cooked separately) is then added.

The sauce is completely natural and has no preservatives or thickeners.

It is ideal with durum wheat or fresh pasta and delicious on toast.

Cooking tips:
Warm up the sauce on a low heat or remove the lid and warm up in a microwave oven; pour it over the pasta and sauté in the pan.
